I SING OF MY LAZY MUSE - part two

Bob in a river of apples,
Jack-o-lantern of Peter Pan:
you're going to hate it in prison -
while I sing of my lazy muse.

Bob in a river of apples,
you effeminate Everyman:
you have to huddle with lawyers,
while I sing of my lazy muse.

You sold the artistry of better bards,
and bought a carousel for your back yard:
powder your thighs with pollen,
while I sing of my lazy muse.

And likewise, if you cared to make a comment
about all of this, I would be grateful, and you
could deduct it from your income tax, until, of course,
you were caught in the act of tax fraud, in which
case you too would have to huddle with lawyers.
